Account data: Name and email address for authentication.
Study data: Subjects, chapters, flashcards, past papers, study sessions, timer sessions, and revision schedules.
Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports.
Purchase data: Subscription status and credit balance. Payment details are handled by Google Play or the App Store, not by us.
To provide and improve the app, generate personalized AI insights and flashcards, sync your data across devices, and process purchases and manage subscriptions.
Your study data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate flashcards and insights. The data sent is limited to what is needed for generation, such as subject names, chapter names, flashcard content, and study patterns. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is stored in your account only.
Account and study data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS. Local device storage uses encrypted secure storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Third-party services with limited access:
You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Recall is designed for students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted in the app.
